May I pick up my goods?
Yes you may. Pick up from Poppy’s at Beenleigh is possible between 8.30am-4.30pm Mon-Fri or Sat 9am-12.30pm (Sat by prior arrangement).
How much is the delivery cost?
We have flat rate shipping.
Most items: $15.90 (for as many items as you like excluding 5kg & 15kg bags)
5kg button bags: $27.90 (if other items, excluding 15kg bags, are ordered, you will only be charged $27.90).
15kg button bags: $35.00
How are good sent?
All Chocolates are sent via courier and may be Thermo Packaged with ice packs to protect fragile items. Depending on the size of the order, this may be via overnight Toll courier or via TNT or Toll Road express.
How long does it take?
Shipping normally takes 1-4 weekdays depending on your location. If you want to ensure it is delivered overnight, please select Express at checkout. Please note that couriers still won’t guarantee this is overnight (even though it says overnight), it may take 1-2 weekdays. We generally don’t ship on Thursdays or Fridays.
If we expect it will not be delivered by the weekend, we may hold the order until the following week to mimimise travel time.
Do you ship to regional and remote areas?
Due to the length of time it takes parcels to reach some regional & remote areas and Tasmania, some of these areas may not be possible to ship to or may incur higher postage prices. This will depend on the size of the order.
If you are in a regional area &/or not sure whether your location is included in above shipping rates, please contact us BEFORE purchasing to check delivery times & whether we can ship to your area. Should you decide you still want us to send chocolates, even if we have advised the shipping time is too long, we are unable to take any responsibility for the chocolates arriving in good condition – ie. They might melt.
How long will it take to despatch my order once I place my order?
Shipment will be organised as soon as payment is confirmed.
If payment confirmed by 1pm, orders will be shipped the next day.
After 1pm, orders will go the day after.
We will not send orders out on Thursdays or Fridays due to extended shipping times– they will be held until Monday. (We may ship Thursday only if Express shipping is paid for and it is expected the courier will get it there overnight).

What address should I use?
When you order please provide a physical delivery address and ensure someone will be available to sign. Please note deliveries are during work hours, so it would be best to use a work address, or your home address if you will be available all day.
Our couriers do not deliver to Postal addresses.
Can I ask for the goods to be left without a signature?
In short, no. We will not take responsibility for the parcel if you request the courier to leave the parcel without a signature. They are chocolates and can easily melt or be taken by someone else.
We do not take responsibility for delayed deliveries due to nobody being available to accept the parcel. If you ask for the parcel to be left without someone there, we do not take responsibility for the condition of the chocolates nor if the goods are stolen. We also don’t take responsibility if the person receiving the goods at your delivery address eats your chocolates before you get them.
Please note that the courier charges a re-delivery fee if they are unable to deliver the first time they attempt delivery which will be charged to you. The re-delivery fee is $27.50.
Can you ship overseas?
At present, we do not. However, please feel free to send us an enquiry with what you are wanting to purchase and where you would like it sent and we are happy to investigate freight options for you.
