Our Goal is to get our chocolates to you Not Melted and Not Broken and we are really good at it with 20+ years of experience behind us.
We package all chocolate orders in specially made thermal boxes with bubble wrap. Icepacks are recommended for chocolate orders to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition. This option will appear at Checkout.
We only use Express courier services which are mostly overnight but may take longer. Orders will generally only be dispatched Monday through Wednesday to avoid any risk of your package sitting in the depot over the weekend. Freeze Dried Orders and some local orders will be despatched Monday through Thursday.
Please see full current information about shipping on our Shipping information page.
In hot or extreme weather conditions (eg. floods/fires) we will hold your order until such time we believe it can be safely shipped to you. This hot weather could be at our end or your end so please don’t assume if it is cold at the destination, we will definitely send it immediately (particularly in summer). We don’t hold orders unnecessarily and if your order is urgent, please email us so we can add extra thermal packaging if required.
Each order will receive tracking notifications so you can make sure you're home to collect it.
We really need your assistance to make sure your order is accepted in optimal condition so please track it at your end and make sure you are at home when it is due to arrive – if you’re at work, perhaps use that address instead and please let your recipient know it is coming (we love surprises too but not when it’s a melted chocolate order surprise because it sat on the doorstep or something).
Make sure you check your order as soon as it arrives and if the box happens to feel a bit warm, put is straight in the fridge to get it cooled for a while before opening – just in case.
Contact us on (07) 3807 1936 between the hours of 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday (QLD time) if you require any special delivery requirements or have questions.

These blocks of chocolate were incredible, as you can see in the photos I've nearly eaten them all! I kept the caramel block and gave away the lemon, pistachio and honeycomb crunch to my family at Easter. They were a huge hit, most were demolished within the afternoon as no one could stick to one piece each! I'd definitely recommend everyone to try every flavour. Darrell Lea used to be my go to, now Poppy's Chocolates have raised the bar in originality and flavour.
I loved the honeycomb and Pistachio blocks. They were my favourites. The lemon is definitely for those who love lemon and the peanut and caramel will delight those who love peanut butter. The quality of all the chocolates is phenomenonal.
Haven't tried them all yet. Love the pistachio & coconut.
Loved the Coconut and honey comb but not a fan of the lemon
All are really yummy 😋 some I ate in one sitting and some actually made 2 sittings. 😆
Such quick delivery. Securely packed, arrived without any damage or melting. Have only tried the bliss blocks but oh my gosh absolutely delicious. So pleased with this company and its wonderful chocolate. Will be going back for more. Thank you Dawn
So yummy and smooth chocolate. Love it
This chocolate is so more ish.. I'm glad the blocks are deep though as it stops me from over eating, but instead enjoying it as a treat as it should be, the flavours are superb.. all 4 are great and having the kit is great, I can enjoy something different... love it.
Absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend these chocolates to anyone. And gluten free. Amazing taste & presentation.
These are to give our neighbours next time they babysit our birds in November. They just loved the rocky roads we gave them recently 😋😋😋😋
This has been such a fun Christmas gift for me😆 I have been bringing your chocolates in to share with people at work. What an amazing food experience!! It’s been pure delight feeling the weight of them to start with! And the fillings are immense and the lemon curd!!! I never imagined lemon curd that was so legit could be in a chocolate bar. Usually it’s more like lemon sugar paste but you guys put REAL lemon curd! 🤯mind blown. Well done👏👏👏👏 Exceptional!
Looks delicious. Arrived promptly. No damage.
Omg omg omg the most beautiful chocolate I’ve ever had ! Thank you so much !
Absolutely the best chocolate! Loved all of the flavours.
Arrived over in WA overnight and in perfect condition. Awesome.
Really tasty chocolate. Particularly like the pistachio/ coconut and the lemon
I recently ordered from Poppy's Chocolate and I am so impressed! 8 have demolished 400gms within 48hrs. The quality of the chocolate is outstanding!! I know BC I am a chocolate snob...you can really tell it is crafted with passion and it is very tasty (chocolate and filling). Living in Australia, I was a bit worried about shipping, but the thermal packaging worked perfectly and everything arrived in pristine condition right to my door. I highly recommend the Bliss Blocks BC that's what I've started off with.... I will definitely be a returning customer!
Very delicious and a nice size. Would’ve been better if I didn't have to share them.
Delicious.
Very quick delivery and the chocolate is amazing
Great chocolate, quick delivery. Very happy with Poppy.
Yummy 😋
Absolutely fabulous, well worth it, they were all great and very well received.
No problems. Chocolates are delicious
Chocolate was amazing 😻
My husband loved all 4 chocolates that I purchased for him. The gluten free chocolates are amazing. Definitely 1 happy customer👍👍👍

Delicious and surprising. Great flavours!
These are gifts also but thankyou just love your chocolate.
Bellisomo & Delicouso
The lemon silk bar brought tears to my eyes as it brought flashbacks to my childhood with the lemon spread, which none on the market match today!
This chocolate was devoured before the review link even came through. That should tell you something 🤣
These chocolates were great except they can be gooey and sticky. You have to bite into them because they are hard to break off therefore you get sticky fingers from the runny filligs. Other than that, they taste amazing!
OMG! This is the best chocolate I have ever had in my 62 years of eating chocolate. It is not oily or slimey tasting like other chocolates and I could not eat a whole block or a whole rocky road in one sitting (which is a 1st for me) because there is so much delectable chocolate and yummy filling in each bite. Poppy's chocolate will be my go-to chocolate from now on. Thanks Poppys chocolate for making an chocolate addicted old women with coeliac disease very happy.
Very yummmmm......trying to make it last
ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS THE LEMON IS SUBLIME
The quality of the chocolate was excellent. Lovely to have chocolate that is Coeliac safe.
The chocolates were so delicious
As a family, we really enjoyed sharing these!
