We don’t take chances with your chocolate.

To make sure your order arrives as perfect as when it left us:

• we only ship via Express Couriers (usually overnight to most areas, Australia Post Express quote longer times)
• we never send via standard post or carrier!
• your chocolates are packed in special protective packaging to keep them safe, fresh, and fabulous.

The reality is that shipping chocolate properly costs morethan sending books, shoes, or other non-perishables. On average, it costs us over $25 per parcel, whether it’s one item or a larger order (average $30 using Australia Post Express). 

We believe your chocolates deserve this extra care, no compromise.

Rather than hiding these costs in our product prices, we choose to be upfront and fair — offering free shipping on larger orders and a simple discounted flat rate for smaller ones.
