I love pavlova and sweet pies and, of course, I love chocolate.
I had a dream of a dessert that encompassed all three and when we actually made it....OMG! Sensational. My first name for this product was "Insanely Bloody Good Pavlova" but I thought the "internet" might not like my description.
Caramel chocolate shell, Gluten Free Biscuit base, mini marshmallows, assorted freeze dried fruit salad including strawberries, bananas, and raspberries, filled with white chocolate and topped with crumbed freeze dried raspberries.

Our Goal is to get our chocolates to you Not Melted and Not Broken and we are really good at it with 20+ years of experience behind us.
We package all chocolate orders in specially made thermal boxes with bubble wrap. Icepacks are recommended for chocolate orders to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition. This option will appear at Checkout.
We only use Express courier services which are mostly overnight but may take longer. Orders will generally only be dispatched Monday through Wednesday to avoid any risk of your package sitting in the depot over the weekend. Freeze Dried Orders and some local orders will be despatched Monday through Thursday.

In hot or extreme weather conditions (eg. floods/fires) we will hold your order until such time we believe it can be safely shipped to you. This hot weather could be at our end or your end so please don’t assume if it is cold at the destination, we will definitely send it immediately (particularly in summer). We don’t hold orders unnecessarily and if your order is urgent, please email us so we can add extra thermal packaging if required.
Each order will receive tracking notifications so you can make sure you're home to collect it.
We really need your assistance to make sure your order is accepted in optimal condition so please track it at your end and make sure you are at home when it is due to arrive – if you’re at work, perhaps use that address instead and please let your recipient know it is coming (we love surprises too but not when it’s a melted chocolate order surprise because it sat on the doorstep or something).
Make sure you check your order as soon as it arrives and if the box happens to feel a bit warm, put is straight in the fridge to get it cooled for a while before opening – just in case.

These are literally one of Poppy’s masterpiece-level creations. Absolutely phenomenal flavour and mouth feel - the zing of freeze dried berries, the smoothness of the white and caramel chocolate, and the delight of coming across a chunk of chewy sweetness of - is it the little marshmallows? Are they freeze-dried?? That additional texture takes the whole thing to the next level.
Got to love pure decadence ❤️❤️❤️! My treat for weekends, only last a weekend though 😢😢😢! Great combination of flavours and textures😋😋😋. A must have if spoiling a friend at afternoon tea, or in the work raffle😂😂😂😂

Perfectly packaged to keep cool, beautifully presented. Yummy freeze dried fruit. They are a tasty work of art. This was a one of a selection I sent my sister and nephews for Easter and this is what her review was. I never used to be a white chocolate lover but since trying this pie I've been converted. The flavours melt together in your mouth, love the strawberry flavour. I'm now keen to try other pie creations. DELICIOUS!!!
This pie was delicious- I would buy it again as the taste of strawberries blended between the caramel & chocolate just melts in the mouth.

I have never had a chocolate pie before it is amazing keep having little bits I hope it never runs out. You could taste the pavlova the caramel marshmallows freeze dried fruit strawberries white chocolate n freeze dried raspberries it is hard to believe so much in the pie.Very fast delivery in the warmer days n nothing had melted.
Loved the look of the caramel chocolate pavlova pie. The freeze dried strawberries were a delicious pop of fruit. The combination of flavours worked well but thought the addition of a creamy ingredient, as per the banoffee and lemon meringue pies, would make it less dry. Overall, it was very yummy!
