Our Goal is to get our chocolates to you Not Melted and Not Broken and we are really good at it with 20+ years of experience behind us.
We package all chocolate orders in specially made thermal boxes with bubble wrap. Icepacks are recommended for chocolate orders to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition. This option will appear at Checkout.
We only use Express courier services which are mostly overnight but may take longer. Orders will generally only be dispatched Monday through Wednesday to avoid any risk of your package sitting in the depot over the weekend. Freeze Dried Orders and some local orders will be despatched Monday through Thursday.

In hot or extreme weather conditions (eg. floods/fires) we will hold your order until such time we believe it can be safely shipped to you. This hot weather could be at our end or your end so please don’t assume if it is cold at the destination, we will definitely send it immediately (particularly in summer). We don’t hold orders unnecessarily and if your order is urgent, please email us so we can add extra thermal packaging if required.
Each order will receive tracking notifications so you can make sure you're home to collect it.
We really need your assistance to make sure your order is accepted in optimal condition so please track it at your end and make sure you are at home when it is due to arrive – if you’re at work, perhaps use that address instead and please let your recipient know it is coming (we love surprises too but not when it’s a melted chocolate order surprise because it sat on the doorstep or something).
Make sure you check your order as soon as it arrives and if the box happens to feel a bit warm, put is straight in the fridge to get it cooled for a while before opening – just in case.

These chocolates are really well made there is a great proportion of chocolate and internal flavourings. The chocolate is really tasty and has a great snap to it. The inside seem fresh and high quality. Finally have found a brilliant local Australian chocolatier. Love it.

Crikey it's hard to choose a fave! I had Honeycomb first, definitely my fave. Then I had the Dubai-style pistachio & kataifi crunch ... now that's my fave! But now I'm nibbling on the Biscoozy Bliss, and it's deadly morish! OMG!!
We LOVED all of the blocks we received. Our favourite was the Biscoozy Bliss Block, Odin’s (pictured) favourite block was the Caramel Peanut Block!
Best chocolates ever!
Absolutely loved poppy's chocolates was our first time trying them and cannot wait to order some more delicious treats.
I loved all the flavours of the bliss blocks the Dubai bliss block being mine and my fathers favourite I also really enjoyed the caramel and peanut crunch bliss block the others were so good too I will definitely be getting them again.
Too many yummy flavours to choose from , but have to say the lemon one is the biggest winner in our house - it reminds me of lemon meringue pie but just with added chocolate .

I think my Daughter is nearly a choc a holic and she has given it the thumbs up, her favourite is usually the Dubai but I think your Biscoff and honey comb are her new favourites I’ll definitely be ordering again
The Bischoff and pistachio blocks were my favourite, those went very quickly.
After discovering Poppy’s Chocolate for the first time in January, I couldn’t resist trying the Bliss Block Indulgence Pack — and they absolutely delivered. Out of the six blocks, I’ve already opened five, with only the Caramel Peanut Crunch still waiting for its moment. Each block is wrapped in beautifully smooth couverture chocolate and filled with its own decadent surprise. So far I’ve enjoyed S’more Bliss, Honeycomb Crunch, Pistachio Knafeh, Lemon Silk Bliss, and Biscoozy Bliss. Every flavour has been a standout in its own way, and not a single one has disappointed. Every block has been met with the same reaction — pure delight. Poppy’s Chocolate has definitely earned a repeat customer.

My experience with Poppy's was great from the moment I ordered. Delivery was despatched and arrived quickly. Everything was packed beautifully and was still cold from the ice packs. I haven't found a flavour that is not utterly delicious and will definitely be ordering again to try different products. I have also previously visited the store and the staff there are so lovely ! 🫶

Our order arrived within only a few days and we are in Southern Victoria. It was all very well packaged and was cool and undamaged and not melted at all. Well done to the packers. We have had one bliss block and it was quite rich but delicious!
Decadent chocolate full of surprise filling. Oozes deliciousness. Chocolates travelled well to regional NSW even being in a delivery van for most of the day, total travel time 3 days.
The Bliss Blocks are as good as they look, and they couldn't be named more accurately! The moment I took my first bite of the first block I tried- Biscoff, I was hooked. The chocolate is well balanced- sweet but not too sweet with a lovely chocolately taste and melt-in-your-mouth smoothness unmatched in any other chocolate I've tasted. And then there's the luscious filling- creamy, crunchy- if Biscoff or Pistachio, soft and fluffy if S'mores, and just all out delicious! I've had 3 blocks in 3 days and can't wait to have my next one- maybe lemon?! I really can taste the love and care that goes into these chocolates. My wife has been wanting to try this chocolate since she seen adds for it but was hesitant about the price so I thourght I would treat her and I am glad I did she is so in love with the chocolate it is the best she has ever had big brownie points for me everyone should spoil the one they love with these delightful chocolates
