Our Goal is to get our chocolates to you Not Melted and Not Broken and we are really good at it with 20+ years of experience behind us.
We package all chocolate orders in specially made thermal boxes with bubble wrap. Icepacks are recommended for chocolate orders to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition. This option will appear at Checkout.
We only use Express courier services which are mostly overnight but may take longer. Orders will generally only be dispatched Monday through Wednesday to avoid any risk of your package sitting in the depot over the weekend. Freeze Dried Orders and some local orders will be despatched Monday through Thursday.

In hot or extreme weather conditions (eg. floods/fires) we will hold your order until such time we believe it can be safely shipped to you. This hot weather could be at our end or your end so please don’t assume if it is cold at the destination, we will definitely send it immediately (particularly in summer). We don’t hold orders unnecessarily and if your order is urgent, please email us so we can add extra thermal packaging if required.
Each order will receive tracking notifications so you can make sure you're home to collect it.
We really need your assistance to make sure your order is accepted in optimal condition so please track it at your end and make sure you are at home when it is due to arrive – if you’re at work, perhaps use that address instead and please let your recipient know it is coming (we love surprises too but not when it’s a melted chocolate order surprise because it sat on the doorstep or something).
Make sure you check your order as soon as it arrives and if the box happens to feel a bit warm, put is straight in the fridge to get it cooled for a while before opening – just in case.

Poppy's Peanut Bliss Block is exactly what the name says; Blissful 😋 The chocolate arrived quickly, the delivery driver was a lovely man and the chocolate arrived, despite the hot and humid day, in pristine condition. Please pass along my thanks to your packing team for their outstanding work. The peanut butter bliss block was absolutely divine! The peanut butter was creamy and delicious and the chocolate was one of the best I have ever tasted. Thank you for the wonderful treat. I bought the first one for my husband and asked him if he wanted to try it because he's a big chocolate lover. He said he would try it later and I asked if I could have some and he said of course you bought it. Unfortunately, I ended up eating the whole block 🤭 So, I ordered a second block and promised myself that this time I wood save some for my husband. I broke that promise to myself. Now I feel guilty and ashamed that I ate the entire block before my husband even knew it was in the house 🤫 Now, I think that that is one of the best testimonials that you could get. The fact that I tried, ever so hard, to save some of this magnificent peanut chocolate for my husband to have another taste of, but sadly didn't get the opportunity, let's you know just how irresistible your Peanut Butter Bliss Block is. I find this peanut chocolate block to be one of, if not the, best chocolate I've ever had the pleasure to enjoy. I feel mesmerized and enchanted by the combination of peanut butter and chocolate and now it is all I can think about lol. I never used to be a chocolate person but now I think I am but only for peanut butter and chocolate together ~ from Poppy's of course. Every now and again my husband asks me teasingly, "where's that peanut butter chocolate you want me to try, (he knows I've already eaten it) and I just say, "oh it's probably at the back of the fridge somewhere". Lovely chocolate, a little too sweet for my liking. Very expensive for the size however we are talking about specialty chocolate here! Premium ingredients and quality all the way. I’d love a bit more of a salty contrast to the peanut butter otherwise it’s one very rich, very delicious stuff.

The chocolate is..just whole next level..unbelievable..just melts in your month..I have a few different Rocky Road, but haven't tried them yet..probably afraid I might demolish it..like I did the caramel frogs and giant freckles.
