Sale Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all sale promotions run by Poppy’s Chocolate. By placing an order during a sale period, you agree to the following conditions:

1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Please allow up 2-3 weeks for shipping during sale periods due to high order volumes. We will be endeavouring to get orders sent as quickly as possible.
  • If your order is urgent, please contact us. We’ll do our best to assist, but during sale periods fast-tracking may not be possible.
  • Future delivery dates are not available during sale periods.
  • As this delay has been clearly stated, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to shipping delays.

2. Free Gift Offer

  • Free gift applies only to orders over $199 (after discount).
  • The free gift is limited to one per person. Multiple or split orders made to obtain additional gifts will not qualify for extra gifts.
  • Free gifts are strictly limited and allocated on a first-in, first-served basis. When they run out, no further stock will be available.
  • To qualify, orders must be placed online (including for local pickup). Orders not placed online will not receive a free gift.
  • The free gift is based on a single order totalling over $199 at the time of first checkout. Additional or later orders cannot be combined to reach the threshold.
  • Acceptance of post-checkout offers or additional orders that take you over $199 will not qualify for a free gift.

3. Free Shipping

  • Free shipping applies to orders over $149 (after discount), within Australia.
  • Standard shipping fees apply for all other orders.

4. Discounts

  • The promotion discount is already applied online; no additional discount codes will be accepted.
  • No discount stacking applies (one offer per order).
  • Discounts are valid only during the promotional period and cannot be applied retrospectively.
  • Poppy's Magic Points will not be able to be redeemed on any offers during the sale. 

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, added to, or combined with another order.
  • We are unable to cancel or refund orders once they have been placed during a sale period, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
  • Addresses entered incorrectly at checkout are the responsibility of the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. Any redirection or redelivery will incur additional shipping charges.
  • We cannot apply missed discounts, gifts, or promotions to an order after checkout.
  • Requests to add notes, customise items, or swap flavours/products after checkout will not be possible during sale periods.

6. Product Availability

  • Build-a-Box and Gourmet Chocolates are unavailable online during the sale period due to time constraints.
  • All other products are available while stocks last.
  • Some items may sell out quickly, and we reserve the right to remove them from the website without notice once sold out.

7. Refunds & Exchanges

  • No refunds will be provided on sale items, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
  • Please review your order carefully before checkout.
