Shipping
Our Goal is to get our chocolates to you Not Melted and Not Broken and we are really good at it with 20+ years of experience behind us.
We package all chocolate orders in specially made thermal boxes with bubble wrap. Icepacks are recommended for chocolate orders to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition. This option will appear at Checkout.
We only use Express courier services which are mostly overnight but may take longer. Orders will generally only be dispatched Monday through Wednesday to avoid any risk of your package sitting in the depot over the weekend. Freeze Dried Orders and some local orders will be despatched Monday through Thursday.
Please see full current information about shipping on our Shipping information page.
In hot or extreme weather conditions (eg. floods/fires) we will hold your order until such time we believe it can be safely shipped to you. This hot weather could be at our end or your end so please don’t assume if it is cold at the destination, we will definitely send it immediately (particularly in summer). We don’t hold orders unnecessarily and if your order is urgent, please email us so we can add extra thermal packaging if required.
Each order will receive tracking notifications so you can make sure you're home to collect it.
We really need your assistance to make sure your order is accepted in optimal condition so please track it at your end and make sure you are at home when it is due to arrive – if you’re at work, perhaps use that address instead and please let your recipient know it is coming (we love surprises too but not when it’s a melted chocolate order surprise because it sat on the doorstep or something).
Make sure you check your order as soon as it arrives and if the box happens to feel a bit warm, put is straight in the fridge to get it cooled for a while before opening – just in case.
Contact us on (07) 3807 1936 between the hours of 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday (QLD time) if you require any special delivery requirements or have questions.

Loved this! Was worried about sending it to northern Queensland in the middle of Spring but I added 2 cold packs to it and it arrived perfectly in shape and still 15C on the inside! He loved it! I never even got a sample.. :(
Hi, my name is Tania and I am a Poppy's Chocolate addict. I have had a few addictions in my 53 years and I can honestly say this is my favourite. I love everything in the favourites bag. I intended to share everything with my fella but unfortunately my chocolate addiction was much stronger than I.!!
I was so excited to receive this "surprise" fan favourites treasure box 😍 Of course I had to try the mini caramel choc waffles first with my cuppa, and was delighted with all the little visusl details and flavour bursting in my mouth - drool. I love how every chocolate is made with such care 🙏 The courier man has never seen someone so happy to see him 😁😉 Thanks again Poppy.
The chocolate is wonderful and the fruits, popcorn, nuts, chocolate pieces, rocky road flavours are so tasty
Absolutely amazing and the quality is second to none Presentation was brilliant, the ice pack did its job and so worth the extra few $$$ to ensure the chocolates arrived in perfect condition Taste is exceptional on the chockies my partner and myself have eaten Beyond yummy 😊 Best chocolate ever 😍 Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
My family loved it all! I sent it as a 'hang in there in lockdown' gift to brightened their day and it did the trick. They enjoyed every bit of it with each person loving different things but a special mention to the passionfruit bark which was the top pick of all 6 of them! Will definitely order again!
My family and I love the way the flavours explode on the tongue. The chocolate has a smooth flavour about it. We can not wait to try some of the other flavours that are available.
Our daughter has been in lockdown for over two months and I was worried about her so I chose to send her Poppy’s chocolates as a surprise! She was absolutely thrilled and cried when she got them ! They arrived so quickly and they looked amazing , thank you so much Poppy’s chocolate ❤️
Loved 🥰 all the chocolate 🍫 best ever
I live in New Zealand and bought a gift box online for my Mum's 80th. Knowing she loves chocolate and that we couldn't be with her, I wanted something special. She was overwhelmed and very tearful when the parcel arrived. Thank you for the great service getting this special gift to my lovely Mum for me. Jennifer

Absolutely love the chocolates, so smooth and creamy and the hardest decisions are what I want to eat and what to order next time.. Order these chocolates and you will be extremely happy 🥰
Fast delivery and packed very well! Lovely selection what i have tried has been yum . Taking my time to enjoy 😀
My order travelled across to NT and arrived in excellent condition. Nothing had melted or deteriorated. All of the chocolates were of highest quality. The faves bag was a real treat. I thoroughly enjoyed all elements. Thankyou!
Received our faves box early last week. Bought the faves as present to my chocoholic hub (and me!) For our 21st anniversary yesterday. It was a real challenge not to dig into it until over a week later. WORTH THE WAIT. YUMMO. So smooth, creamy, indulgence in each bite. Will definitely order again.
My hamper arrived within a couple of days of my placing the order. The freezer bricks worked well. Chocolate in perfect condition. I ate the frogs that I added to the hamper then tied up the box tightly to stop me eating the rest before mothers day. That's a lot of chocolate. Such a good price too. Now thanks to Poppy I have something to look forward to on Mothers day. I love Poppys chocolate. 😋
Arrived in South Gippsland Vic in pristine condition, beautifully packaged, daughter is so jealous, family will enjoy every morsel if the piece of Dubai choc rocky road I tried is matched by all the other chocolate products I received. WOW! 👌👌👌👌👌
I love all the chocolates in the pack, except for the dark chocolate Turkish delight. But everything else was very enjoyable. Thanks.
Love Poppy’s Chocolate's. They arrived in 3 days!! From Queensland to Perth…amazing. They were in perfect condition. We’ve sampled all chocolate that arrived and agreed that they are all yum and will definitely buy more 😊 Thank you for adding an ice pack when I forgot to order one…. Very kind of you xx
