While it’s not an official EKKA show bag, it’s our delicious tribute to the tradition, and you don’t even have to leave home to enjoy it. We’ll deliver it anywhere in Australia!

We asked our fans: Which Poppy’s chocolates do you love most? What have you always wanted to try? The answers shaped this jam-packed bag of goodies, featuring favourites, must-tries, and exclusive treats you won’t find sold separately. These are SAMPLES only of each item - not full packets.
Star of the Show
Our famous Chocolate Strawberry Sundae Waffle Cone, inspired by the EKKA’s iconic dessert, except ours is made entirely of handcrafted chocolate. We only make it once a year and it sells out every year, and it’s only available in this bag!
(Sundae cone is only available in this bag because it is very labour intensive and we would not be able to make the amount of these we're actually asked for separately sorry).

These are sample sizes and not available to be purchased separately and will not be individually labeled. NO SUBSTITUTIONS. Some items contain nuts or gluten. All chocolates contain soy and most contain dairy.
Our Goal is to get our chocolates to you Not Melted and Not Broken and we are really good at it with 20+ years of experience behind us.
We package all chocolate orders in specially made thermal boxes with bubble wrap. Icepacks are recommended for chocolate orders to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition. This option will appear at Checkout.
We only use Express courier services which are mostly overnight but may take longer. Orders will generally only be dispatched Monday through Wednesday to avoid any risk of your package sitting in the depot over the weekend. Freeze Dried Orders and some local orders will be despatched Monday through Thursday.

In hot or extreme weather conditions (eg. floods/fires) we will hold your order until such time we believe it can be safely shipped to you. This hot weather could be at our end or your end so please don’t assume if it is cold at the destination, we will definitely send it immediately (particularly in summer). We don’t hold orders unnecessarily and if your order is urgent, please email us so we can add extra thermal packaging if required.
Each order will receive tracking notifications so you can make sure you're home to collect it.
We really need your assistance to make sure your order is accepted in optimal condition so please track it at your end and make sure you are at home when it is due to arrive – if you’re at work, perhaps use that address instead and please let your recipient know it is coming (we love surprises too but not when it’s a melted chocolate order surprise because it sat on the doorstep or something).
Make sure you check your order as soon as it arrives and if the box happens to feel a bit warm, put is straight in the fridge to get it cooled for a while before opening – just in case.

I gifted the show bag as received one last year and loved it. My friend absolutely loved it and was so excited. She couldn’t believe the strawberry cone, not only how big it was but so delicious. Omgosh ordered the Poppy's show bag on a Monday to Serpentine Western Australia. Arrived 3days later on time. Perfectly packaged no broken chocolate. Absolutely loved the Strawberry chocolate waffle cone. So thick with chocolate, Strawberries 🍓 and marshmallows. Thick milk and white chocolate from top of cone right to bottom of waffle cone. Took me literally 3 days to eat as was so deliciously sweet. Definitely my favourite of show bag. That's not all so many little sample packs I am yet to try with delicious flavours. Would definitely purchase again. Loved the caramel peanut crunch bar. Will hide all the amazing Poppys Show Bag just for me as purchased for my belated 61st Birthday on 29/07 and enjoy the whole experience. The chocolates are beautiful smooth creamy and very tasty. Packed beautifully and arrived in perfect condition.
Oh my gosh. This strawberries n cream cone was the most delicious thing ever! The freeze dried strawberries were a whole next level taste sensation. Everyone thought I was having a real icecream cone! The chocolate went all the way to the bottom and it was so yummy that I managed to scoff it all down in about 10 mins, (breaks required😅). Everything in the show bag was delicious and top quality. Rocky Road flavours a stand out along with a caramel nut bar. Too many to mention. Arrived to Sydney in perfect condition. Highly recommend!
Sliced my cone with a knife it just sliced trhough so smoothly and I honestly didn't believe it could be so good, even after everyones positive comments , I loved just about everything in the show bag.

Bought the large showbag so I can try most products. The items were labelled sample but the large cone was definitely NOT. Took several attempts to finish but flavours were magnificent. I will spread the love and give some away to friends to try also. ❤️
Love the deluxe show bag with cute Poppy’s tote. We are trying to make the delicious chocolates last so only deliciously tasting a couple each day. We’ve really enjoyed the passion fruit bark, caramel cashew bark, chocolate freeze dried strawberries, freeze dried mixed lollies, chocolate covered frockies and chocolate turkish delight samples so far! I’m looking forward to tasting all the rest as well as sharing some with others! Yummy and delicious!🤤

Each year I wait for the show to come around to buy the showbag! After raiding the strawberry cones the rest of the chocolates go towards our Fun-raiser at work! It’s amazing how many of the staff also look forward to this😉❤️❤️❤️

Was cool (literally) when it arrived. All items were in great condition, not damaged at all! I had a little problem with self control… but, I’d highly recommend Poppy’s Chocolate. I’ve never been to the Ekka… but, I’ve had a show bag. Thank you 🤩 💪😇

This was my first time ordering and I was so excited when it arrived, not only do I live in a remote location but I received it in less than 24 hours which was impressive on its own but then to open the box to this deliciousness was just awesome!!! Each thing I have eaten I have kept the package of so I don’t forget what it was when I reorder. Best chocolates EVER!!!!
