    Please note: we can not substitute different rocky roads in this package. 

    This is couverture chocolate which is made using cocoa butter NOT vegetable or palm oil. This is what gives quality chocolate its taste and melt in the mouth smoothness.

    Please refer to individual product listings for ingredient and nutrition information. Some of these products are Gluten free and some do contain gluten.

    Shipping

    Our Goal is to get our chocolates to you Not Melted and Not Broken and we are really good at it with 20+ years of experience behind us.

    We package all chocolate orders in specially made thermal boxes with bubble wrap. Icepacks are recommended for chocolate orders to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition. This option will appear at Checkout.

    We only use Express courier services which are mostly overnight but may take longer. Orders will generally only be dispatched Monday through Wednesday to avoid any risk of your package sitting in the depot over the weekend. Freeze Dried Orders and some local orders will be despatched Monday through Thursday.

    In hot or extreme weather conditions (eg. floods/fires) we will hold your order until such time we believe it can be safely shipped to you. This hot weather could be at our end or your end so please don’t assume if it is cold at the destination, we will definitely send it immediately (particularly in summer). We don’t hold orders unnecessarily and if your order is urgent, please email us so we can add extra thermal packaging if required.

    Each order will receive tracking notifications so you can make sure you're home to collect it. 

    We really need your assistance to make sure your order is accepted in optimal condition so please track it at your end and make sure you are at home when it is due to arrive – if you’re at work, perhaps use that address instead and please let your recipient know it is coming (we love surprises too but not when it’s a melted chocolate order surprise because it sat on the doorstep or something).

    Make sure you check your order as soon as it arrives and if the box happens to feel a bit warm, put is straight in the fridge to get it cooled for a while before opening – just in case.

    This is my second serving of Poppy’s Rocky Road. I chose the assorted 8 piece pack and so far have only tried the Pink Blossom OMG it’s delish 😋 Hubby’s fav is ‘ALL OF THEM’ 😂 Winter is the perfect time to try while the temperature is no issue for delivery. Thank you Poppy’s for indulging our sweet tooth.

    I ordered a Rocky Road Bundle on 26/5/26 and I received it on 1/6/26. The 2 ice packs were still cold. I live at Mount GARNET Queensland. The box was very well presented. Nothing damaged through transport. I thought i was getting samples of Rocky Road. In my eyes the samples of Rocky Road was bigger than I expected. I had Pink Blossum Rocky Road last night. Absolutely divine. I could only eat 2 pieces. Very rich. Im looking forward to taste the remaining samples of Rocky Road including the limited edition Neapolitan Rocky Road. I highly recommend Poppys Chocolates to anyone. Lastly the pricing is abit expensive but wait till you taste the finished product. Her Chocolates are worth every cent. Thanks Poppy 😊🫂

    Pleasure doing business with you, the delivery arrived promptly, package was in good condition and intact, everything inside was undamaged with ice packs still partially frozen. The rocky road is absolutely beautiful, it’s hard to decide which one is my favourite, I couldn’t choose, each variety has its own unique taste, an extremely good product which I would gladly recommend.

    Comes all bundled up professionally. Each flavour of rocky road individually packaged Each one labelled of flavour as bd ingredients. Eachvflavour is absolutely 💯. Yummy. Great for adding for birthday gifts, filling those Xmas stocking and even just to spoil one's self. Delivery is prompt so not a long wait in the mail. The Neapolitan flavour WOW. Ive had to share it all with family so I don't sit and eat it all to myself.
