If you’ve spent more than five minutes on TikTok lately, chances are you’ve already seen this mouthwatering viral trend take over:

Chopped strawberries mixed with creamy yoghurt, frozen into bite-sized clusters, then luxuriously coated in dark chocolate. It's the perfect snack — refreshing, rich, and ridiculously easy to make.

What You’ll Need:

1.Fresh strawberries (chopped)

2.Your favourite yoghurt (Greek, coconut, or vanilla – your choice!)

3. 70% Dark chocolate buttons or block (melted)

Optional toppings: crushed pistachios, coconut flakes, chia seeds, or sea salt.

How to Make It:

Mix it up– In a bowl, combine chopped strawberries with your yoghurt of choice.

Spoon it down – Drop small clusters onto a tray/plastic container lined with baking paper.(think biscuit-sized portions).

Freeze it– Pop the tray into the freezer for about 1–2 hours until solid.

Dip and drizzle – Coat each frozen bite in melted dark chocolate. You can either fully dip them or just drizzle – depending on your vibe. See How to melt chocolate if you need help with melting your chocolate correctly.

Top it offSprinkle on your favourite toppings while the chocolate is still soft.

Final chill – Place them back in the freezer for 5-10 minutes to set… then devour!

Why we love it!

These treats are naturally sweet, packed with real fruit, and can be made totally dairy-free or sugar-free if you want to keep it clean(I used 70% dark chocolate in these with unsweetend greek yoghurt). They're like little frozen desserts you don’t have to feel guilty about — perfect for after school, after dinner, or when you’re just craving something.

Plus, the combination of the cold, creamy centre and the snap of dark chocolate? Irresistible.
