Our Goal is to get our chocolates to you Not Melted and Not Broken and we are really good at it with 20+ years of experience behind us.
We package all chocolate orders in specially made thermal boxes with bubble wrap. Icepacks are recommended for chocolate orders to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition. This option will appear at Checkout.
We only use Express courier services which are mostly overnight but may take longer. Orders will generally only be dispatched Monday through Wednesday to avoid any risk of your package sitting in the depot over the weekend. Freeze Dried Orders and some local orders will be despatched Monday through Thursday.
Please see full current information about shipping on our Shipping information page.
In hot or extreme weather conditions (eg. floods/fires) we will hold your order until such time we believe it can be safely shipped to you. This hot weather could be at our end or your end so please don’t assume if it is cold at the destination, we will definitely send it immediately (particularly in summer). We don’t hold orders unnecessarily and if your order is urgent, please email us so we can add extra thermal packaging if required.
Each order will receive tracking notifications so you can make sure you're home to collect it.
We really need your assistance to make sure your order is accepted in optimal condition so please track it at your end and make sure you are at home when it is due to arrive – if you’re at work, perhaps use that address instead and please let your recipient know it is coming (we love surprises too but not when it’s a melted chocolate order surprise because it sat on the doorstep or something).
Make sure you check your order as soon as it arrives and if the box happens to feel a bit warm, put is straight in the fridge to get it cooled for a while before opening – just in case.
Contact us on (07) 3807 1936 between the hours of 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday (QLD time) if you require any special delivery requirements or have questions.

Quality packaging and prompt arrival. Haven't opened it yet because it's an early present for my mother.
The packaging is beautiful. We haven’t opened the advent calendar yet as waiting for December. But we are excited to taste all the yummie chocolates. Will definitely buy again.
Beautiful presentation !
Beautifully packaged and presented advent calendar, it's unopened. This is a gift for my son, we absolutely love Poppys chocolate there's no comparison to any corporate chocolate poppys is the best there's no product that we haven't liked.
Great value for money. Beautifully packaged. Well packed for delivery. Delicious chocolates.
Looks great from the beautiful packaging. Will have to wait until December when the chocolates will be sampled to comment on them however! Not worried though as past experience has always been great.
The Advent calenders were delivered fabulously fast & packaged really well. Being an Advent calender, we have not treated ourselves to what deliciousness lies behind each little door as of yet, but we cannot wait!
It looks great actually haven't tried it yet going to wait till December sorry
